Japanese-Peruvian restaurant Chotto Matte takes the brunch concept and transforms it into an exotic locale with mouthwatering delights and refreshing cocktails. For $60 per person, you get exceptional value with an array of small plates featuring edamame, spicy tuna crispy rice, yellowtail “Nikkei Sashimi” and a delectable warm beef fillet tataki.
From there, you have your choice of several “big plates”, featuring everything from slow cooked BBQ beef, chicken, shrimp, black cod and more! The smoked lamb chops are deliciously marinated with cilantro, and Peruvian chilli miso. They are juicy, and fall off the bone delightful.
Want to try their signature cocktails? You can! The Jungle Brunch also offers UNLIMITED sparkling, wine, beer, and cocktails (+$50 per person) that features the always classic prosecco, along with the “Jungle Punch”, that has the perfect mix of Appleton VX rum, Briottet Mure, Pineapple, lime and soda, and the “Forbidden Fruit”, which hits you with a fruit explosion with aperol, chardonnay, Peruvian ground cherry, passion fruit, and apple.
